Music Production Workshops

During these hands-on workshops, you'll learn the basics of DIY music production. Dive into the fundamentals of industry standard software and production techniques. Each workshop is a self-contained introduction to the tools and skills you'll need to get off the ground with your music production goals.

Each workshop runs for two days, Saturday 10am - 4pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm (schedule below). Each two day workshop costs $340.

Ableton Live Workshop

Take your love of music and learn how to produce a song in Ableton Live, the software of choice for many of the world’s biggest electronic artists, including Skrillex, Flume, Diplo, Alison Wonderland and Deadmau5.

Logic Pro Workshop

The logical choice for getting started with music production on a Mac, Logic Pro is great for beat-makers and singer-songwriters alike.  Students will learn to use Logic to build an arrangement using various software instruments and audio tracks, and get a taste for the true potential of this popular workstation.
